Who We Are
Fytra is operated by Giorgi Otinashvili. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Fytra's website, iPhone app, and related services.

Accepting These Terms
By using Fytra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Fytra. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fytra.
What Fytra Does
Fytra helps you record expenses and income, organize transactions into categories, and view analytics about your personal finances. Fytra may use AI to help categorize transaction text or voice input that you choose to provide.
Not Financial Advice
Fytra is a personal finance tracking tool. Fytra does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. Any summaries, analytics, categories, or insights are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Accounts and Security
You may need to sign in with Apple or Google to use Fytra. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@fytra.app.
Your Data and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the transaction details, descriptions, amounts, categories, dates, audio input, and other information you add to Fytra. You agree not to submit information that you do not have the right to use or that violates the rights of others.
AI Categorization
Fytra's AI categorization may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing categories, amounts, dates, and other transaction details before relying on them.
Subscriptions and Billing
Fytra may offer paid subscriptions, including Fytra Pro, through Apple's App Store. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple and your Apple ID settings. Apple's terms and policies may also apply to purchases made through the App Store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID. Deleting your Fytra account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; you must cancel it through Apple.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Fytra for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or services without permission;
- interfere with Fytra's security, availability, or normal operation;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse Fytra except where allowed by law;
- submit malicious, misleading, or infringing content.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Fytra, you also agree that we may handle information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Fytra, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by Giorgi Otinashvili or licensed to us. These Terms do not give you ownership of Fytra or any related intellectual property.
Service Availability
We work to keep Fytra available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Some features may depend on third-party services such as Apple, Google, OpenAI, Sentry, hosting providers, or network connectivity.
Disclaimers
Fytra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fytra and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Fytra.
Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your Fytra account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access to Fytra if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service in a harmful way.
Changes to Fytra or These Terms
We may update Fytra or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Fytra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
